Grip socks are required for our workout, but don’t worry— we have plenty for you to purchase a pair! We also have waters and sweat towels available for purchase if you forget yours and want one. Wear your favorite workout attire :)

You will have your own spring based machine and your instructor will have an awesome playlist and class planned prepared for you! Prepare to be led through a well thought out sequence where you will experience effective muscle stimulation in your center core, right oblique, left oblique, right leg, left leg, and arms. Your instructor has the freedom to organize class however they see fit, but you will always experience a full body workout!
